St. Bart's is on 50th St. in Manhattan, NYC. It's a beautiful Episcopal Church that incorporates both Byzantine and Romanesque architecture. I was struck when visiting there that there were homeless people sleeping in the pews in the middle of winter. I have certainly not seen that in Catholic and Orthodox Churches in America. I also like how they welcome gay people and all other pilgrims who enter. When I visited there last semester with a friend from St. Vlad's we chatted with the organist, who was playing on the largest pipe organ in Manhattan. I like touring churches, including St. Patrick's Cathedral. I hope to visit the Cloisters next.

Eric,

Yeah, if you ever get to NY I definitely recommend it. I always like Episcopal churches and their liturgy, and also their efforts of outreach to the poor.
